That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.
Easy Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can exchange the product for a different color, size, or style, provided it is in stock. Just inform us of the desired change within 48 hours of receiving the product.
In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, you can return it unused and in its original condition, along with the original packaging and tags, for an exchange. Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product, and ensure that the returned merchandise reaches us within 14 days of delivery. Additionally, for damaged items, please provide full photographic evidence of the damage along with your return request.
Our dedicated customer care team will inspect the product upon receipt and facilitate the exchange accordingly, subject to availability.
Refunds:
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, it will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.
Domestic Returns Made Easy:
To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- Circle the item(s) you wish to return on the invoice you receive and indicate the quantity and reason(s) for the return.
- Wait for a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
- Securely pack your return in the original packaging, if possible, and include the completed invoice.
- Courier the parcel back to us at the following address:

Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Ensure that you dispatch the product promptly upon receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
Important Information:
We are unable to accept returns if the product has been:
- Damaged by you
- Altered as per specifications provided by you
- Worn
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending the return package. This includes transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing time (5 to 10 business days).
